This year I have done (as of end of October) just north of 160 fittings as part of our monthly Demo Days, and our hour long fitting appointments.

Do you charge for Clubfitting? If so, what are your rates?
Yes

We host monthly Demo Day that allows people a free 30 minute time slot for a “quick fit” where they can try all our brands. We also offer a paid $50 hour long fitting session for those wanting a deeper fitting experience. If the person orders any clubs we put the $50 fitting fee towards the cost of the clubs.

As of October 2025 we have over $100k in custom-fit product, inclusive of clubs and balls.

Do you participate in Adaptive fitting efforts for disabled players? Whether at your facility or another? If so, please use the open answer for a brief explanation:
I can fit Adaptive players and have done them when we have a customer. We did have 1 disabled fitting this year and i was able to work with them to fit them with an entire golf bag. He comes up to the range frequently to hit balls and I will occasionally ask him if he needs any adjustments.

We have a dedicated studio for fittings that uses TrackMan as the launch monitor with a projected image to a large screen with a secondary large monitor for closer, detailed information. For our outdoor Demo days and for any customer who specifically wants to fit outdoors we use TrackMan as our launch monitor with information available on an iPad for review with the client.

We have partnerships with Fujikura, True Temper, KBS, and UST Mamiya

Briefly share your services offered:
We offer grip install, shaft installation, loft and lie adjustments, club length adjustments, and head repairs. We see a lot of snapped shafts from our customers and we also offer removal and replacement of the shaft.

How do you stay up to date on product and clubfitting best practices?
Refresher training for all brands we carry is done annually, new product launch forum and training from the OEMs, as well as participation in on line club fitter forums. I also watch release announcements and equipment updates from all our OEMs for clubs, balls, shafts, and products.

What industry products/services would help you be a better clubfitter?
If I had a Christmas list I would have a laser alignment for grips to be exact with grip placement.
