Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
Youth Programs – we have junior clinics throughout the summer and we also just had our first free kids clinic to introduce the game to children. We partner with local high school teams to use our range at reduced fees as well as offer instructor services to teams who request some help.

Adult Programs – We hold a Spring and Fall Semester golf class, "Beginning Golf" for the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) for co-ed adults in their Continuing Education curriculum.

Diversity Programs – We offer Women's only clinics to help grow the game among women.

For all lessons the client receives a business card with my contact information and a schedule of all their lessons (based on lesson package booked). 2 days prior to the lesson I send an reminder text or email to the student for our upcoming lesson. All clients have access to me at any time (within reason) for swing questions or video feedback, adjustments to lesson schedule, or just general golf questions.
During lessons students get videos of their swing with feedback on good areas, and areas we need to adjust for improvement.
