Best range promotion: The promotion that has generated the most revenue/profit for us is not necessarily a specific special but a unique combined golf range/food & beverage operation. We provide wait staff service from our Signature Hole Grill & Bar to our golf suites which are accommodated with many amenities such as comfortable chairs, bar top tables, music and TVs. This entertainment type of environment has attracted an additional demographic far beyond the traditional “golf population”. Our new grill & bar has also increased the length of stay which, of course, fortunately translates to additional revenue.

Due to the uniqueness of the Golf Suites, we have been able to secure sponsors of our individual Golf Suites which includes signage on the interior walls, partitions and in the field of the golf range. Also provided to the sponsors is a level of free activities which value equates to a significant part of their sponsorship cost. This promotes usage of our golf facility to further promote all aspects of our facility including the Signature Grill & Bar and the Golf Suites.

Special programs: We constantly provide donations to nearly every organization requesting support for fundraisers (hundreds of requests) which provide valuable services to the community. We are the home-site for The First Tee of South Central Wisconsin (TFTSCW). Our facility offers discounted programming for TFTSCW year round. One of the very important programs is a combined program with supervised homework followed by golf activities and instruction.
