Best range promotion: This season we ran a complimentary Ladies Golf Clinic. This event was held for Ladies Golf Day on June 6th and had 28 ladies participate. We gathered at 9am on the practice putting green to do an introduction of the game and our new staff/members. Over the next 3 hours, we had 5 PGA Professionals and 2 PGM students take the ladies through three stations: Full Swing, Chipping/pitching and putting. At the completion of the clinic, lunch was served in our clubhouse featuring a trunk show by IBKUL. This trunk show produced about $3,500 in merchandise sales. Overall this program was a huge success for participation, introducing new ladies to the game of golf and generating revenue for the golf shop. We will continue to do this program on an annual basis and look to add in more GGR sessions as well as specialty sessions such as a wedge fitting or driving school.

Special programs: The First Tee of Greater Trenton – TPC Jasna Polana partners with the local chapter to be our adopt a charity each year. In April, we host an event where the greens fees are donated. This event produced over $35,000 in revenue. In September, The Professional Staff will play a golf marathon of 108 holes(6 rounds of golf) to help raise money for our local chapter. In 2016, we raised almost $7,000 through support from our members and community. Together, these programs help generate almost $50,000 for our First Tee Chapter.

Birdies for the Brave – The PGA TOUR supports the military through a program called Birdies for the Brave. This charity represents 10 different homefronts such as United Through Reading, The Seal Foundation, Homes for Troops, Green Beret Foundation and several more. When hosting this annual event at TPC Jasna, we get support from the NJ Army National Guard by them bring in static displays – humvees, a blackhawk helicopter, IED robots, color guard and much more. In 2016, we helped raise almost $80,000 in this event for the Birdies for the Brave.
