Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
I have launched the revision our new junior year round development program which includes a dedicated pathway for our own in house junior tour. Students work through a system in class, then are promoted to our on course class to learn what is expected of them on the course, then are promoted to our junior tour where they earn weekly points. The top students of each location compete against each other. I have become a vendor of multiple autism programs for children on the spectrum where we run the Ernie Els for autism program. I also teach our ongoing classes in after school programs at rec centers around the city of San Diego using SNAG equipment. Summer camps brought in 200 juniors.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
Developed a complete player development pathway designed to keep students of all ages engaged long-term. Structured Progression .A 12-level, 350-skill system tracked through our custom Players Skills App, giving students clear milestones, leaderboards, and accountability. On Course Transition Classes, a bridge between practice and play, where students apply skills in real conditions, learn etiquette, and build confidence. Lion Golf Junior Tour, weekly competitive play with points, leaderboards, and sectional finals, motivating juniors to stay consistent and work toward advancement. Seasonal Camps & Special Events, 10–12 weeks of summer, spring, and holiday camps, plus field trips to PGA Tour events, fitting centers, and community outings. Family & Community Engagement, parent friendly programs, volunteer opportunities, pen-pal partnerships with South Africa, and our Give-Back initiative where 20% of profits fund scholarships locally and abroad. Lifelong connection opportunities for juniors, adults, and families, students stay engaged as they grow, starting at age 2 and remaining part of our academy into adulthood.

I also have our YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@liongolfacademy) which teach golfers about the cause and effect of the golf swing. It has 11.5k followers, and we are the only channel that offers live streams where I go over swing submissions from the public to help them understand cause and effect, all for free. In total I have assisted 40 people every month on these live streams.
