Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
I have launched a “Ladies Beginner Golf League” program which focuses on an avenue of ladies who wish to learn how to play golf on the golf course in a fun friendly manner. We have a warm up clinic before, then play different formats each week. Typically we have between 5-10 ladies coming out each week in our first 3-4 months of this program. We have launched our Junior Development Tour which take junior students from our existing program and allows them to take their skill development on the course each week for points. At the end of each month we give players of the month awards, and also the season and year. This program is a stepping program to take students who have never played organized tournament play, and it teaches them how to score, basic rules, etiquette, and different formats. When they are ready they will have the confidence to go play in PGA Junior sectional, AJGA, or other junior tours. Parent are also encouraged to join and caddy. I also have partnered with the city of San Diego to host their PLAY program where we go to REC centers throughout the year and teach SNAG curriculum to non golfing students, in hopes they will spark an interest to the game. Typical classes host 15-20 students, and I donate 200 hours a year for this program. I have designed and published our “Skills Application” which features 12 levels and offers 350 skill development skills to complete. Each level needs a certain skill count to complete, and our student earns XP points to be placed on our leaderboard for our in house skills challenges, and our in house tournaments. This application caters to the new player as well as a comparable D1 collegiate skill and so far is a huge hit with our students as it helps them practice correctly and see improved results. This phone application also utilizes ADM leaderboard for the entire family to get involved and be active with the student to earn points. We invite the top point earners to special events to promote the family involvement in the students development. This phone application is a private phone application and only available to my students.

I also donate 10% profits back to our partner in South Africa, and the Heal the Hood foundation to help introduce art, dance, and golf into the low income juniors in Cape Flats, South Africa. To date we have sent them a flightscope mevo+ and funding to purchase multiple range memberships, equipment, an secure transportation for the golf program.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
Group Development Classes:
CUB (0-4 years), Junior (5-15 years) and adult (16 and over) program which I teach in class structured 4-1 ratio classes. I have 25 classes a week, and provide family programs where the entire family can also come to class together and learn the game together. We introduce them to the golf course by taking them once a week as a group to the course, where many, if not all, have never been. In the course classes we help guide them on how to check in, reserve a tee time, where to go, and how to play the game so they can feel confident enough to play on their own.

Private Classes:
30 minute weekly junior or adult classes
60 minute weekly junior or adult classes

Family private classes (the entire family takes a lesson together encouraging family quality time)
Junior and Adult on course classes: Taking the students as a small group together on the golf course for real time experience as these players are new to the game.

Beginner Ladies League, and Junior Development Tour. Both programs take brand new to students just starting out, to the golf course to help introduce them to the game and teach them basic etiquette, course management, scoring, pace of play, and different formats.

I also moderate the Reddit /golfswing which has 100,000k followers I help them with their swing submissions. I also host a weekly live show on my youtube channel which has 4k subscribers and those subscribers submit golf swings for me to teach them about cause and effect. I also upload and create multiple videos each week all about golf swing cause and effect. The YouTube channel is approaching 4,000 subscribers and over 800,000 views on golf swing cause and effect.
