As the PGA director of player development for Morton Golf and The First Tee of Greater Sacramento, Tom designs and coaches many programs. Tom is the president of the Morton Golf Foundation, which gives out over $100,000 each year to programs supporting people through golf. He has received many accolades for his work in player development; he is a seven-time Northern California PGA Section Award winner, the 2014 National PGA Youth Development Award winner, two-time GRAA Top 50 Growth of Game Teaching Professional, U.S. Kids Golf Top 50 Master Kids Teacher, The First Tee Coach and is a Section Education and Teaching Committee member. Currently, Tom is the chairperson for the national PGA Player Development Committee.
