Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
Along with continuing Operation 36 for adults and junior we increased the size of our junior camp. I began offering AimPoint Express classes after being certified by Mark Sweeney. I have a monthly class limited to 8 individuals to teach green reading principles of AimPoint. I began a program call Results Based Coaching through RGX. Wil Robbins’ program is based on evaluating the student on the course first and creating a program based on their short and long term goals. I place the students in groups of 2-4 and we play every 2-3 weeks with group instruction geared to their individual needs sandwiched in between. This is a minimum of 3 months of programming with many continuing on for the season.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
The Results Based Coaching concept has the player sending me a scorecard after each round played. I set them up with a CoachNow account and they send me the results through the app and I follow up with discussion and plans for the next instruction session. This is a guaranteed program that we agree on their goals and objectives. The student signs a document stating the goal and their practice schedule, I sign with a guarantee that we will meet that goal. This is always dependent on the student following through.
