Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
Over the past year we have utilized Operarion 36 for both juniors and women. The program is a long term development program designed to take someone new to the game of golf and develop them into a life long golfer. The program consists of a 3 pronged approach that includes group coaching sessions focused on developing skills, group practice sessions to improve those skills and on course matches to test those skills.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
I have run a few unique programs to keep members engage. I run a breaking 100, 90 and 80 program that is geared towards helping golfers develop skills to break their scoring barriers that is entirely through on course training. I have run unique programs that are “tour experiences” that include a PGA Tour or Korn Ferry Tour Player in clinch and golf schools.
