Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
Prior to my transition to Apogee Golf Club, I helped launched several initiatives focused on making golf more approachable, inclusive, and enjoyable for players of all ages and abilities. For women, we created “My Game Monday,” a recurring ladies’ clinic that runs each month with a new theme such as full swing, wedge play, short game, or course management. Each program gives players structure, confidence, and a supportive environment to learn together. For juniors, we developed a consistent schedule that builds both skill and enthusiasm. “After School Golf” welcomes players of all skill levels for weekly instruction through games and drills. “Saturdays Are for Juniors” provides a two-hour session for more advanced players, typically under age 13, focusing on skill progression and course application. “Sunday Funday” serves as an entry point for beginners who are eager to advance into the Saturday group. I plan on trying to introduce a variation of these programs to Apogee as we continue to build our programs.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
Keeping students engaged is one of my biggest priorities. I’ve found that golfers stay motivated when they feel confident at the course, see progress, and feel part of a community. I hosted “Feel Good Friday,” a golf-specific fitness class that focuses on stretching, mobility, and golf warmups. It helps players feel more athletic while connecting socially in a fun environment. I also lead a complimentary 30-minute clinic before our weekly 9 & Wine league, giving players a chance to learn something new and start their round feeling prepared and supported. It's an easy way for women to stay engaged in the game. Together, these programs have created a fun and welcoming pathway that fosters confidence, connection, and a lifelong love of golf.
Beyond structured programs, my follow-up lessons focus on comfort and confidence rather than constant technical change. My goal is to help every student, from beginners to advanced players, feel more at ease, enjoy the process, and stay excited about the game long-term.
