Best range promotion:

Our best promotion each year is our eRange program where people can purchase bulk amounts of range balls and get a discount. They also don’t have to get tokens when they do that, they get a fob that can go on their key chain/golf bag/etc and they don’t have to carry around a bunch of tokens. We also have run a very successful “Warm Up Range” promotion. In this program we sell range passes that have a small bucket each day on them. They are not cumulative, it resets to one small bucket each day, but it allows people to hit a few warmup balls when they play and not feel bad if they don’t get though the whole bucket. It also has brought some people back to the golf course on days they don’t play because they want to make sure they get their bucket each day.

Special programs:

We work very closely with the local community when it comes to junior golf:
-Golf professionals took over the Boys and Girls Noblesville Middle School golf team when the school corporation cancelled the program.
-Host the Fishers Middle School girls, Hamilton Heights Middle School, and the Hamilton Southeastern High School girls teams.
-3 PGA Junior League Golf Teams
-Community Days- partner with local organizations and give them a percentage of the revenue for a certain time period, usually over a specific weekend.
-We also work with the local school corporations and have the kids from the HBM Limitless program out to the course. The HBM Vocational training and education program helps students with significant disabilities gain vocational experiences outside of the school setting. It is a work experience and education program that allows students the opportunity to gain “real World” on the job training. They not only learn how to recreate at the golf course, we talk about what it is like to work in the golf industry.
