Getting guest instructor for clinic, aim at section of membership that will benefit and then get excited; this increases engagement. I recently did this for the ladies section.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
Giving the membership/friendship groups they freedom to take control of what they want in their clinics. This organically helps participant grow with the ownership retaining participation.

Clinics with pros of different skill sets. This allows different perspectives to be showcased in the same environment to give participants the freedom to try different solutions to find what works best for them. I believe it’s also important to highlight how we can all work together with no friction or hostility.
