Added more specific clinics such as Greenside Bunker, Driver Only, Putting Only. These have been very well received as these clinics are very affordable and don’t take up as much time as our regular morning golf schools.
Added additional after school junior clinics. Our junior attendance is up abopu 20%
Worked out a deal with our host golf courses (True Blue and Caledonia) to make playing lessons more affordable. We are trying to get our students on the course more.
Contnued our own growth of the game inititiative (Mission: GTG) a series of free clinics for
brand-new players
Asked by past PGA President Gary Schaal to join the BOD of Project Golf
Continued our weekly “supervised practice” where a player who has been taking lessons can come by for 90 minutes of group instruction for $25.00
Invested nearly 40k in new video equipment, pressure mats and launch monitors.

Started including a video tip with weekly email blast. Our open rate went from 30% to 50%. Many have commented how they love to get a tip each week.

Going live with new scheduling system on December 5th which will open up many new avenues for engaging with our customers including text and direct messaging through the system.

Many of our golf school students are from other parts of the country / world. We have started an alumni program to get many of the same students to return. We already have an excellent repeat customer percentage but offering a bit of incentive has helped to increase that percentage
