This past year, we added a Future 36ers program. This program focuses on junior golfers ages 4-6. We develop general motor skills while adding fun golf drills and games. This has been a big hit with our junior academy parents, who also have older juniors in our Operation 36 Junior Academy ages 7-13 who have younger juniors who are not old enough for this group but are excited to get started on their own.
We also added two more levels to our adult Tee It Up program, for a total of three levels in this group clinic programming. We found our adult students really enjoyed developing their skills in a class setting with other similarly skilled golfers. As they advanced to the next levels of on-course play, they wanted to continue their development with the next level of teaching and coaching.

With our Adult and Junior programs at the new and beginner golfer levels, we utilize the Operation 36 golf platform. Our students learn that a key part of development is tracking their practice and play so we can monitor their progress with them. As students post these activities in their app, we engage them with positive feedback on the app. Dubsdread Golf Learning Center has the largest Op36 portal in the world, with over 2000 students. Each month, Operation 36 has a student activity challenge where students earn activity points for their practice and play as they track all of it in the app. Our Learning Center is Top 5 in monthly student activity for over 700 Operation 36 properties worldwide. Our students are engaged with this monthly challenge so much and take pride in it; we often hear students discussing our monthly ranking and pushing each other to keep working.
