I added a 4-6 age group to our Junior Academy to introduce these early-age juniors to golf. I use basic golf concepts and ADM concepts to develop good motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
In myOperation 36 Junior Academy, we have 80 juniors. They come to class once a week and play at least two on-course 9-hole events each month. To this program, I added a new feature called “Player Scouting Reports.” After each on-course event, we review every junior’s on-course performance to determine how each junior is progressing. These scouting reports allow me to proactively communicate with the junior and the parent to ensure the junior achieves their goals. In my adult program, I have all my adults track their on-course play using SwingU. This allows me to tailor what I work on with each student based on their on-course performance and helps each adult see real quantitative improvement.
