I was instrumental in launching a junior certification program which involves educating new and existing junior golfers on course etiquette both on the golf course and on the practice facilities.

I have added and increased our ladies instructional programs by having 2 sets of semester-long clinics. One is our “Beginners Academy” and the other is our “Players Academy. We use to only do a level 1 ladies academy. After a few semesters, several ladies would phase out because of its remedial nature. By adding the Players Academy, we have created a program for ladies who have passed the beginning stages of golf and who now golf on a more regular basis. This was a huge upgrade with an emphasis on playing the game better.
