Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
I’ve hosted numerous Parent & Child Events at one of my 18 Shots facilities bringing families indoors to compete in a friendly and fun environment. This competition was a 9 Hole Scramble format that created a ton of excitement towards the game of golf for the individuals involved.

I teamed up with the Turtle Bay Resort to host my Schools and Camps beginning in 2026 initially conducting clinics to focus on creating relationships with the sales and concierge staff’s on the island as well as at the local Marriott and Ritz Carlton Resorts.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
In early 2025, I established a partnership with Devan Bonebrake, Owner of Studio Golf in Manhattan Beach, joining his team as the Putting and Short Game Specialist. This collaboration allowed me to bring a unique coaching dynamic to his staff, providing additional support for Studio Golf’s highly active and growing membership base.

Looking ahead to early 2026, I will launch Golf Experiences — a new initiative built around strategic partnerships with premier resorts including Turtle Bay Resort, Elk Ridge Golf Resort, and the Gamble Sands Resort. Through this program, I’ll host Golf Schools for Adults and Camps for Advanced Juniors, leveraging these world-class facilities to immerse players in real on-course learning environments where they can apply and refine their new skills.

In the Pacific Northwest, I continue to offer my local players the highest-quality training conditions through my two 18 Shots Performance locations in Vancouver, WA and Oregon City, OR. Each player begins their journey with a Golf Movement Screening conducted by a Doctor of Physical Therapy on staff at each facility. Following that, players complete a New Student Assessment which includes:

Gears Golf 3D Motion Capture

Boditrak/Smart2Move Ground Force Analysis

These tools help us establish a detailed baseline of each player’s habits, tendencies, and movement patterns. Once the assessment is complete, I sit down with each player to develop a personalized improvement plan. This approach ensures that our coaching relationship is built on trust, transparency, and purpose — we’re not just offering lessons; we’re committed to guiding each player’s long-term development, teaching them how to practice effectively, and verifying that their equipment is properly fitted to support their body and swing.
