At Elkridge Club, your membership does not include golf. We include dining, racquets, pool, and fitness however we have always had a separate golf membership. Therefore, as a professional staff, you have to build, engage, and retain golfers every year. We have built a new program called the New Golfer Clinic, where if you have not joined as a golf member in the past. You can now join for FREE the first year! Our program will include group instruction, free use of the range, and access to the golf course. On the second year, you will pay 33% of the golf membership, third year, you will pay 66%, and then on the fourth year, you will be a full golf member at full annually fees.

As for instructional programming to keep members engaged, we use several different approaches. One, we build relationships with the members through programs for the entire family. Our junior program has expanded into not just a PGA Junior League team, but 2 12U teams and a 17U team. A Summer Camp program that once was 3 weeks of the summer, to a 12 week program for core juniors and 6 weeks for our Pee Wee age group. IF the kids are happy, mom is going to be happy, where we added in Rookies clinics in the Spring, Summer, Fall, and even the Winter!! We started a Tuesday Ladies Night for the working moms/wives. Once the kids are happy, the moms are happy, life is much easier for the Dads. This summer, we ran a Men’s beginning golfer group, as several dads wanted to be able to join the rest of the family on the course. Next at Elkridge, where we have a Learning Center where we can run holiday parties, corporate events, or just casual hang out with friends while watching sports year around. Our Learning Center is equipped with 2 TrackMan 4s that turned into simulators, we can close the doors during bad weather hit into projected screens with the golf course you want to play. Lastly, we are available to our membership, during shotguns events we are on the range chatting, providing tips on swing, as well as, showcasing new equipment that might improve their game.
