Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
I use The Fluid Motion Factor in almost every lesson. This program gives me and the students two important pieces of information. First, it allows me to see and show the student what they already have a swing DNA. Secondly, it gives me a way to install changes needed in a highly efficient way, giving the student a way to evaluate the installation on criteria other than shot results. For highly skilled players, this program allows me to provide tools to handle the stress of outcomes and the environment during tournament play.
I also use Circles as a Performance Optimization tool for players that are competing or looking for evaluations of their performance. These shots gained statistics are broken down in multiple categories that gives me and the student tools to discuss what they do great and what needs work. From there, I can use the program and give specific, short practice sessions designed to improve those areas of the game. Each practice goal is set to improve that skill by 10% over what they are performing currently. As these goals are met, they are reset to give the player a well-designed pathway to performance.
These two programs aso fit into my new Pillars of Performance Program that identifies five areas of focus for improving performance.
