SRG Eagles Junior Performance Academy – a three division, 8 tier system for developing performance minded youth players. Skills Performance (3 tiers); Play Performance (3 tiers) and Tournament Excellence Performance (2 tiers)

Initiated new “Pillars of Performance” programming for our youth programming as well as in person and online Adult Programming. A combination of Skills, Speed, Physical, Mental and Performance training that utilizes strategic partnerships with professionals and equipment manufacturers. This program is to designed to take players beyond online technique videos and move them into better on course performance through better techniques, speed, mental understanding and performance and Performance Optimization.
