Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
This year our facility introduced FlowCode at our facility which I was a head of. FlowCode is a mental and mindset training program that we use mainly with our competitive junior golfers. But we also expanded it to include anyone looking to better their mindset for golf, business, life etc… This was a great way to get people to visit the facility and see what we have to offer. We also re-introduced short game and beginner clinics to get players into the game to be able to better their skills. Our facility offers a wide array of social elements for people to enjoy, so getting them onto the property to enjoy our facility has been very important.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
Our Mistwood CAP program has been a flagship program. In 2025 I was named the director of the program and we grew the program to 90 players with a waiting list. This program runs from through the winter months to get junior golfers into the facility to interact with our coaching staff, but also interact with each other. Throughout the program I arrange for guests to visit including world class players, caddies, coaches and more to help promote and encourage players to stay involved in the game and develop relationships in the game.

Another program we launched was adult programming practice club. It's a combo of practice and instruction. The program consists mainly of our members, but the goal of the program is to provide a similar environment of our CAP program but in the adult setting. This program has been great because it has allowed members to introduce themselves to other members, but also it has been great for me to develop a relationship with members that carries back to the course and allows for additional coaching and playing opportunities.
