We added several new programs this year across our juniors and ladies programs.

For our Ladies, we added three separate on course programs. Our first we partnered with a local startup group called Walk 9 With Us that started as a couple of ladies trying to get women together to play some golf. We offered multiple on course instruction classes with them that took two groups on the course each session covering a variety of topics from how to play out of certain scenarios (different lies, rough, etc) and how to think around the greens to pick a shot that might be more effective for them than a traditional chip shot. The second program we ran took 12 ladies in similar fashion onto the golf course but we did it as a series covering specific course strategy topics and functions. This program followed previous series on technique for beginners to progress them from on the range to on the golf course. That design has become a staple of all of the programs we run. The third program we added was this fall for ladies where we took them through the Operation 36 curriculum including the on course matches at 25 and 50 yards. This was focused on our beginning players and was a huge hit which will be added in the spring of 2026!

For our juniors we didn’t add much other than expanding our impact. There are two main items we added for juniors. The first we just started this October. This is a travel series for our competitive juniors over 13 years old. There is no cost to them other than the cost of their round, food and travel. Every 6 weeks we will travel to play another facility that is steeped in history of either the game itself or in our instructors or in golf course architecture and design. Our first trip was to Helfrich Hills in Evansville, Indiana where I was born and my dad grew up. If my dad hadn’t played golf there, I wouldn’t have played golf. It’s also been around for more than 100 years and was redesigned by Tom Bendelow a renowned architect. The day is finished off by an iconic putt putt course in Indiana. There are many additional of these types of trips on the schedule for the future months into 2026. The other is that we added two 9U PGA Junior League Teams to our already large 4 other teams ( two 17U and two 13U ). These young children utilized some help from parents and we played 3-4 hole “matches” from our forward set of tees. Kids competed in 6 total matches this spring.

Finally, we added 5 of our older junior golfers (15-18) to our payroll to assist in educating our younger junior classes, as well as running our Learning Center. They are a huge help in expanding our junior programs and connecting with additional families to engage kids and encourage them to come out and practice and learn! We have a few additional juniors that volunteered during the summer to help with our 7-11 year old summer camps.

Back in the spring our facility added and completed a two bay Learning Center in February of 2025 and has added memberships to rent and use the space primarily as a tool for learning. Working with Design2Golf (D2G) this space is targeted to host groups, classes, and individuals in all weather and time of year and is primarily focused on optimizing the learning environment as memberships to rent the space are only available for active students.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
I’m including below all of the programs that we run throughout the year as a part of keeping our customers and students engaged.

We have partnered with multiple outside organizations to further grow our programming serving as a collaborator with those that share common interests and passions to Grow the Game. We have worked with the Williamson County School District and Franklin Special School District to bring golf via the SNAG golf equipment to more than a dozen schools and over 4,000 kids, partnered with Fore The Ladies organization for 3 years to provide multiple entry points for new and returning women golfers, worked with US Sports Camps to provide a healthy and growing summer camp structure and design, worked with Frank Maynard and Ginger Brown Lemm of the PGA to grow and innovate to expand our PGA Junior League summer program to more than 80 participants with two 17U, two 13U and two 9U teams. All of these are connected with the Operation 36 program complimenting one another and integrating across the board the curriculum, course challenges and structure across juniors and ladies programs. In addition to this the Operation 36 curriculum and platform have been utilized in more seasoned golfers in their winter Cracking the Code off-season training program to further grow and integrate the community. My junior program director, Erica, working alongside our owner, Brooks West, added two sets of forward tees in 2024 via the US Kids forward tee system and plates creating our own “Young at Golf” scorecard and course that is now utilized for kids and ladies in our seasonal programs once they advance beyond the 25 and 50 yard scoring requirements to a more “regulation” style golf course for beginners and novices.

We continue to offer free clinics and tuneups to the River Club and PM Club members with more than two dozen free clinics each year for adults and juniors, active and non active students alike. This amounts to more than 60 free clinics and hundreds of free tune-ups in the last 5 years combined. On top of this we continue to offer additional “free services” like my No Mulligans Podcast and monthly instruction newsletters / content.

Our Ladies Programs have a large number of classes with multiple entry points each season (spring, summer, and fall). In partnering with Fore The Ladies we have intro to golf 3 hour clinic events with a happy hour as well as clinic series that covers a different segment of the game each week for a total of 4 weeks. We run several cycles of these each year. On top of that we have the Walk 9 With Us on Course Series and we run our own internal ladies golf classes that go over various areas of the game and are geared at our “intermediate” or “experienced” ladies who area already active players in the game.

For some numbers to showcase the growth of the game, both the ladies and junior programs have grown by more than 30%. Specifically for our Juniors: Our Summer Camps went from 172 players in 2024 to 205 this summer in 2025. Our PGA Junior League expanded beyond the 48 players and 4 teams to a total of 81 players. This was compromised of two each of 13U, !7U and our newest addition of 9U teams. We also had an alternate team added for our 17U team to fill in for when players may be out. This alternate team also played internally in 4 matches at our course on a few Monday evenings after the last tee time went out. For our ladies, we increased our offerings and classes by 30% and each class averaged over 10 players!

Finally, we continued with our Adult Winter Program called Cracking the Code (CTC) that is our off-season four month intensive program designed like a biggest loser type program. We finished our 5th season this year with 22 participants. Our 6th season kicks off in a few weeks!
