Junior golf level system – created a system where junior golfers have to test to advance to the next level of instruction/
Beginning of the season tune up – Went and played golf with members and evaluated their performance and created lesson structure including practice plans.
Elite junior academy – a program I have my elite juniors practice agains each other which produced the #4 boys 8 yr old world ranking and #3 girls 10 yr old world ranking and one player making it to drive/chip/ and putt at Augusta.
