Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
In the past year we have launched (3) new initiatives. They are PGA Family Golf, PGA Junior League Winter Jamboree and the Las Vegas Under Armour Junior Tour. All three are geared towards helping continue the growth and development of junior golfers here locally within the Las Vegas valley and it's surrounding areas by providing more opportunities on a year round basis.

PGA Family Golf is a fun program that engages the whole family in a friendly and diverse competition with multiple formats played over the course of the round. You can participate in this program and still have a blast even if you have zero experience in playing golf.

PGA Junior League Winter Jamboree is a new initiative designed to keep players in the format on a more year round basis. This not only helps them continue to develop their skills as an individual but also helps them build team skills and comradery that are useful for junior league especially when it comes to the All-Star season during the summer.

To help keep students engaged we have the following programs that help create a more year round growth/development focus. Most of them are junior focused but we do have some adult programs as well. They are:

– Operation 36: I am the lead coach responsible for all aspects of the program from scheduling to marketing and coaching. We run (4) 8-week semesters and (2) 4 week semesters for both adults and juniors each year. We are a three time Top 50 award winning program worldwide as well as being the largest player development program in the state of Nevada and 4th largest in the Southwest.
– PGA Junior League: I am the coach of a 13u and 17u team as well as the sponsor for (2) 13u and (1) 17u team's.
– Pinecrest Middle School Golf Team: Besides being in-charge of the team I also assist with running the entire middle school league.
– Las Vegas Under Armour Junior Tour: I am the founder and Tour Director in charge of running both the Spring and Fall seasons for Las Vegas.
– PGA Junior League All-Star Season: This past season I was the all star coach for (2) 13u and (2) 17u All-Star teams. I had (1) 13u and (1) 17u team both make it to the Regional Championship.
– Fall junior league: Every year I help run and coach an in-house development program for golfers 9 and under. We utilize the pga junior league format to help develop young golfers so that they may take the next step towards individual tournament golf.
– PGA Family Cup: I am responsible for all aspects of running this event.
– PGA Junior League Winter Jamboree: I am the coach for one team. This past season we were the champions of the Southern Nevada Chapter as well as having the lowest season team score for the entire Southwest Section. This is a new initiative designed to help engage players in the junior league format on a year round basis.

Besides all of that I also offer my private students consultations outside of normal business hours as well as online/facetime lessons when traveling. For my more advanced players, who play tournament golf, I work with them on statistical analysis, course prep and caddie when needed.
