We went from a team to a league for the PGA Jr League. We introduced FREE golf on our Divine Nine for all First Tee participants. We made our older players Junior Coaches with got them more involved.
Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
I am 84 going on 85 and I feel that I can really relate to my Senior golfers and their needs to hit a golf ball. I emphasize good fundamentals in the short game and work those simple fundamentals into the full swing I recommend a 6 lesson series as that commits them to practice and repeating the lesson ideas. I had a few real life stories from my PGA Tour days that is entertaining and has a message to them also. An instructor must be enthusiastic care about the pupil.
