Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
As my video will demonstrate below, Robert Dickman Golf and Willow Hill Golf course are adding the final touches to a training and providing big time venue for multi-sport athletes. Over the past two years Robert Dickman has moved from a myopic view of golf and expanded operations to draw synergies from an all-athletic performance venue that in turn draws athletes to the game of golf. Our facility at Willow Hill has a LL SPORTS dome providing for 60 yards of ball flight, three indoor full size soccer fields inside and three full size turf fields outside, we have worked on a state of the art golf learning center with forty bays and plans for ball flight analysis bays, a 20,000 ft short game green, plans to begin an additional 9 hole short course for junior and adult training and play, as well six indoor pickle ball courts, and two basketball courts
Willow Hill currently houses 600 juniors per weekend for NFL flag football as well as 30 soccer clubs that now call Willow Hill Home.
From this venue Robert Dickman Golf will expose new growth of the game onboarding strategies that draw the juniors and their families into the game of golf for the first time as well as top training venues and programing for experienced and devoted golfers.

Currently I personally design, manage and teach programs: juniors, short game, putting, breaking 100, and players golf classes/schools, including ladies advanced and beginning. We will greatly expand this programing to accommodate the needs of the players have drawn to the game through the efforts at the facility.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
Robert Dickman Golf offers programming to grow and accommodate the growth in all areas of golf. A couple of the programming highlights are below.
1. Guided coaching. I learned 20 years ago that about 3% of a typical lesson transfers to the golf course without proper full motor pattern development in coaching. For this reason, I have classes that take players through various drills in order to solidify what they have learned in their individual lessons. The players have to compete with each other and/or the coach. All the while the coach is focusing on if the player reverts back to old habits or uses the new method that they are working on. It is a law of motor pattern leaning that a player will regress back to old habits. In time through transfer training drills this pattern can be eliminated and with a 90% confidence level the player will perform on the course as they do the range, compared to a 3% chance a player has if only the cause/effect level is focused on.
These classes are so meaningful in terms of performance, but they are the highlight of the summer for many and a method to build social interaction, retention and enjoyment from learning. They are a key element of my teaching.
2.Speed and Winter time programming. January through March is a very important time for a player to develop their game and I periodize my training during these months to develop level 1 Motor Learning (Cause/Effect) and speed development. I utilize Mach 1 Speed Training, Ground pressure analysis, other speed methodic and body training through may various TPI and another specialist My players look at living in snow country as a big advantage now in their skill development because of this programming. It keeps us all looking forward to golf through the year and builds tremendous growth opportunities and gets the players better and fresh to begin working on scoring right out of the gates in spring.
