Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
Since adding the Operation 36 curriculum to our golf academies in 2017 we have created over 500 “golfers.” By definition, Operation 36 defines a golfer as a participant that plays nine holes from 25 yards and scores 36 or better. Since 2017 we have had over 1,714 participants in our golf academies powered by Operation 36.

The Operation 36 curriculum involves: instruction (12 objectives and 6 ranks or levels), training (practice sessions and drills where students can track their progress using an app), and on course playing (students play from their “division:” 25 yards, 50 yards, 100 yards, 150 yards, 200 yards, etc. trying to score 36 or better in order to advance to the next level.

We also offer Future 36er clinics for ages 4-6 on a weekly basis in season.

This past year we introduced two hour “bootcamps” focusing on Jim McLean’s 25% Theory with topics on: long game, short game, mental game, and management game. All of these bootcamps sold out in their first season.

For new members we offer one complimentary golf lesson that typically serves as a good assessment and introduction so we can better advise them which instructional programs are the best fit.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
Operation 36 has been our home run to keep customers and students engaged. We track their progress so we can measure how often they play and practice along with tracking their number of strokes lost (improvement). The long term curriculum that provides structure along with the correct challenge point has been very successful for us.
