Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
Since adding the Operation 36 curriculum to our golf academies in 2017 we have created over 550 “golfers.” By definition, Operation 36 defines a golfer as a participant that plays nine holes from 25 yards and scores 36 or better. Since 2017 we have had over 2,098 participants in our golf academies powered by Operation 36.

Operation 36 is a structured multiple week commitment where golfers can enroll in weekly Academy Classes, Supervised Practices, and on course Matches. There are 6 different levels and students must pass all the objectives in level one before ranking up to level two. There is a phone app we used to track their progress.

We also offer: private golf lessons, semi-private lessons, a la carte clinics, two hour bootcamps, summer junior golf camps, clubfittings, and all sports camps (tennis, swim, golf).

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
Operation 36 has been our home run to keep customers and students engaged. We track their progress so we can measure how often they play and practice along with tracking their number of strokes lost (improvement). The long term curriculum that provides structure along with the correct challenge point has been very successful for us.

To keep students engaged we have also had success with: private golf lessons and clubfittings. On course playing lessons. Demo days.
We use the Operation 36 curriculum for ladies and juniors: Summer 8 week semester, Fall 10 week semester, Winter 8 week semester, and Spring 10 week semester.
Sunday Future 36er junior clinics for ages 4-6 using Kate Tempesta’s Birdie Basics and SNAG golf.
Special topic a la carte clinics: wedges distance control, putting distance control, “ultimate drill clinic.”
Weekly Thursday morning ladies clinics (pay as you attend and topics rotate).
Two hour bootcamp clinics: long game and short game.
Formerly hosted Super Speed Golf Clinics.
Drive, chip, and putt bootcamps to help juniors prepare for qualifiers.
Formerly hosted PGA Junior League.
Summer junior golf camps. Summer All Sports Camps (swim, tennis, golf).
