Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
Redding on the Road – I currently have 5 facilities I teach at with Target Golf being my main location. Tennessee National in Loudon TN, Ridgewood Golf Club in Athens, TN, Wind Wing Plantation in Myrtle Beach, SC and Hat Creek Golf Course in Brookneal, VA. I teach at these facilities one week end each month. I have grown a strong following at each facility.
Know Your Numbers – Each week I do this program. Usually 4 to 6 people sign up for this program. This is more of an assessment of their golf swing using my foresight Quad. No instruction is given. I have done these program for 4 years. I has become a big success and usually the participant will mostly sign up for a lesson package.
Free Lesson – I give one lesson month to a potential student. I draw a name from my business cad jar. I sent them an email and tell them they can book the lesson through website. The student will most likely sign up for a lesson package.
Aim Point Classes – I have recently been Aim Point certified. Taking up to 5 students and doing I class the lasts 2 hours
Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
*Walking the tee is still the best way to keep my students and potential golfers see I am interested in their games. I will carry my phone with me and occasionally video there swing and show the a quick view the progress they are making.
*Each lesson features a recap sent to their email and smart phone. They can then view all their lessons through swing analysis system V!. I have a branded academy with them.
*After every first lesson student I send them a hand written note card on my stationary. Telling how well they did in our session and how much I enjoyed working with then and how I look forward to working with them again. The response I receive I get from these note cards is incredible. I started doing this 20 years ago and continue to do it today.
