This year at Farmington we launch the Junior Development Pathway of Programs that begin with players at age 3 creates the pathway throughout their entire junior golf career creating golfers for a lifetime! The pathway of programs increased attendance in junior golf programs from 222 in 2023 to 482 in 2024. The program begins with Little Linksters (ages 3 to 5), progresses to Operation 36, 13U PGA Junior League and Golf for Fun for Recreational Teens on our recreeational track. The competitive track begins at ages 7 to 12 with Competitive Youth, Then ages 13 to 15 for Competitive Teen, then our Junior Elite Program for 16 to 18 year olds on a track for college golf. On the technology side we added Sports Box AI Studio in February and has been a game changer for the player’s improvement and perception of the instruction being offered at Farmington. When the player learns that we are using AI to add markerless 3D technology to their lesson there are both impressed and hooked.
Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
The addtion of Top Tracer was a game changer for the engagment of our membership in the 4 member hitting stations in the Performance Center. One the first year there were 535k shots hit on top tracer from 4 hitting stations. Top Tracer enabled us to add an “after hours” for our membership during the winter months which allowed for a social enviroment for our members to engage with golf through Top Tracer. This engagement has driven total instruction revenue from $180k in 2022 to $428k in 2024.
