Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
Over the past year, my facility Edge Golf Performance has continued to grow participation and expand access to the game through several key initiatives.
A major driver has been our Practice Club Membership, which provides structured access to technology, practice templates, and coaching support outside of traditional lesson formats. This program has encouraged consistent, purposeful practice and created a welcoming entry point for new and returning golfers.
We also introduced Off Season League Play, a popular competition that keeps players sharp and engaged through the colder months while fostering community and camaraderie among members.
At the junior level, we continue to refine and expand our 10-Level Player Pathway Development System within the Junior Academy. This program provides a clear, structured roadmap for skill progression, knowledge, and performance. Over the past year, 302 total enrollments representing 128 unique junior golfers have participated in our developmental programs a significant milestone that reflects both strong retention and growing community interest.
These initiatives collectively demonstrate my commitment to making golf accessible, structured, and enjoyable for players of all ages and abilities.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
At Edge Golf Performance, my focus is on building lasting engagement through consistency, connection, and clear development pathways.
Our Player Pathway System provides students with measurable goals and level-based achievement markers, while progress reports and parent communication ensure that families remain informed and invested. This structured feedback loop has been key to long-term retention and student motivation.
To complement in-person instruction, using the CoachNow platform enables ongoing communication and video feedback, keeping players accountable and connected to coaching between lessons.
The Practice Club Membership further strengthens engagement by giving players guided practice opportunities and coach interaction outside of scheduled sessions — helping them maintain momentum and confidence.
We also integrate Simulator Leagues, skills challenges, and community-based events throughout the year, offering fun, competitive environments that connect players socially while reinforcing skill development.
Together, these systems ensure that every player at Edge Golf Performance feels supported, challenged, and connected fostering a strong sense of belonging.
