Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
In order to engage and retain customers, I utilize several communication tools. My first level of communication is cell phone communication with personal one-on-one conversations and texts to existing students. With every new prospect, I contact them at least once and usually twice before my first initial contact; a New Student Assessment. I also use the cell to text students to follow up with their state of mind, remind the student of next session with me, and reminder notices if I haven't seen a student within three weeks and eight weeks. My second level of communication is CoachNow. With CoachNow's student locker communication and its internal communication, I am able to take videos in person and remotely and continue the dialogue as we work on and progress.I am able to send interesting videos, pdf's and game plans for the week to my students. My third level of communication is email. I send out a monthly e-zine to my students which includes upcoming events, merchandise offerings, and specials I am offering. And my final level of communication is social media. This is a weakness in posting, but a 2026 Goal to improve on next year. I also will play a few holes of golf with a student(s) when I have time and schedules align.
