Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
The initiative has not launched but we have created a number of custom tailored options to of members and their guests. When completely built out we will have 64 Villas that can sleep up to 8 people each. Members can bring as many guests as they please. I have created a menu of instructional offerings that our members can choose from with the freedom of creating anything they want. We have built in to the guest fees a “complimentary” Fitting, tune up and a biomechanical screening to all guests. We increased the salaries of all instructors to offset their “unpaid” time. The guests leave feeling as though they were provided with amazing value and the instructors increase their yearly income.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
I am in the process of creating a data base via the Apogee app (app is not released yet) that will have a student locker for all members. Picture having Coach Now or Swing U but all through our club app. We send lesson notes, videos and data through this app that is visible at all times. The goal is to not only heighten engagement from members but to allow any instructor to work with any member while staying with the current game plan. Instructors will see more information behind the scenes like the members biomechanical screening, trackman data and what they currently have in the bag. When members activate their account they receive a questionnaire and they provide most of the information. Obviously there will be some things that cant be completed without the aid of a Teaching Professional prompting members to set up time to do so. Members not only have a reason to visit the performance center but it also provides our staff with a great opportunity to make an introduction.
