Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
1. Complimentary New Member Tune-Up
Every new Countryside member receives a free 30-minute swing tune-up with me as part of their onboarding experience. This has been a tremendous success in engaging new golfers early, building relationships, and increasing participation in lessons, clinics, and events.
2. “Bad Moms” Ladies Program
Our signature ladies’ program, “Bad Moms”, has quickly become one of the most popular initiatives at the club. This relaxed, high-energy group meets bi-weekly and focuses on developing skills, confidence, and community through fun competitions and camaraderie. It has successfully brought dozens of women into the game and encouraged social play throughout the week.
3. Junior Golf: “Varsity Ready” Clinic
I created the Varsity Ready Clinic for high school players to practice and compete in a structured but player-led environment. The 2-hour after-school sessions focus more on competition and performance than technical instruction, allowing students to play against one another while I oversee and provide feedback. This model has fostered teamwork, accountability, and confidence in young athletes preparing for high school and tournament golf.
4. Family Golf Nights
Our Family Golf Nights bring parents and kids together for music, games, and relaxed on-course play. These evenings are designed to make golf approachable and fun, encouraging lifelong family participation in the sport.
5. “Play 9” Member Initiative (Invited Clubs Nationwide)
Countryside proudly participates in the Play 9 initiative, where our professional staff plays nine holes with every member on our “care group” list — approximately 100 members annually. This program strengthens relationships, provides on-course coaching, and deepens member engagement through meaningful shared experiences.
6. Online and Technology Integration
I’ve incorporated technology such as OnForm Video Analysis, TrackMan, FlightScope Mevo+, and the GolfCAM BallFlight app to deliver data-driven feedback and remote lesson support. This digital learning model has helped members stay engaged and continue improving year-round.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
I’ve developed a year-round programming structure designed to keep members of all ages actively learning, improving, and connected to the game.
Adult Golf Schools:
Throughout the winter season, I run a new one-day golf school every month, each focused on a specific area of the game—Putting School, Wedge Scoring School, Iron School, and Driver Power School. These intensive, small-group sessions provide players with focused instruction, data-driven feedback using TrackMan and OnForm, and clear improvement plans. The rotating monthly themes keep adult members motivated and returning for the next session.
Junior Golf Camps:
During the summer, we host 10 weeks of Junior Golf Camps, each a full-week program blending skill development, games, and on-course play. These camps focus on fun, fundamentals, and building friendships, creating a strong foundation for long-term player development.
Signature Programs:
The “Bad Moms” Ladies Program continues to grow, offering bi-weekly clinics and social competitions that have built an active community of women golfers. The “Varsity Ready” Junior Program engages high school players in two-hour after-school practice and competition sessions that emphasize performance and teamwork over mechanical instruction.
Member Engagement & Digital Connection:
Through the Invited “Play 9” Initiative, I play nine holes with each member on our care group list annually, building relationships and providing on-course coaching. Off the course, I stay connected with students year-round through personalized video analysis, practice plans, and weekly swing tips shared on @noahpgapro and club newsletters.
This integrated structure of golf schools, junior programs, and digital engagement has created a thriving, inclusive learning culture that keeps our members excited about the game year-round.
