Intermediate Junior Academy 

Ages 9-13 Working with expert coaches to build proper swing mechanics course

strategy, game golf, fitness and mental game in an academy environment that builds a love for the game. This program offers over 60 hours of instruction.

Elite Junior Academy 

Elite Junior golfers looking to play in high school, college and beyond. This program offers over 110 hours of instruction throughout the summer months.


Global Golf Academy 

Partnering with St. Mary’s Academy we have begun recruiting around the globe for our most comprehensive junior golf offering. With 720 hours during the school year these elite juniors will learn how to take their game to the college ranks and beyond.
Operation 36 Academy 

Every Junior Player Development program will have some aspect of Operation 36. It is focused around on course instruction where every player starts at 25 yards from the green and must shoot 36 or better for 9-holes before moving on. Then moving on to 50 yards, 100yards… There is an app that each student will download and show measurable progress.

8 week Quarters (Year Round) 

Under Armour Junior Golf Tour

Every Saturday Golf Garage hosts junior golf tournaments at local area courses for academy members. The larger spring and fall tour are coming in 2020 for all juniors.

ADULT CLASSES – With thousands of hours of classes available throughout the year. You are sure to find a class that will benefit your golf game. If you don’t see what you are looking for or would like to start a class with a group of your friends please contact a Golf Garage staff member.

Adult FUNdamentals of Golf

Each week you will learn the fundamentals of putting, chipping/ pitching and full swing in this 90 minute class.

Saturdays (Year Round) 

Advanced Short Game

Advanced Techniques and shot making around the green. This class includes a custom fit wedge with your entry.



Bunker Class

Limited spots available for this trouble shot. Some call it a trap, but we will show you how to get your ball out with confidence every time.

Course Management Class

With only 3 people in each class you will head to the course and learn strategy, mental approach and
how to lower your scores immediately through techniques learned over many years!

Find the Fairway Class

It’s nearly impossible to make par let alone birdie if you find yourself hitting it into the rough and trees all day off the tee. Finding the fairway will surely help lower your scores in this fun group environ- ment!

Fitness and Golf

With our experienced fitness and medical team in collaboration with the golf professional staff you will receive a golf specific fitness program. These programs focus on warm up, cool down, stability, mobility, strength, speed and flexibility.

Starting in the parking lot and ending on the course. Your professional staff will guide you through the processes that may seem intimidating and get you on the course in a fun and friendly environment.

Men and Women personalized school on all aspects of the golf game. Typically a (6) hour day which includes analysis, lunch and 9-holes of golf instruction. Great way to spend your day!

Green Reading Class

If you really want to shoot lower scores then this is the class to join! We will show you the tricks to reading the green so that you can play smarter, chip it closer and drop more putts.

Ladies Links and Drinks

Join Golf Garage for a 30 minute game improvement clinic and warm up then head out onto the golf course for a fun round of golf with other ladies from the area. Finish up with a beverage of choice and have a relaxing evening on the patio.


Mental Boot Camp

Learn from one of our many guest speakers in these fireside talks and classroom settings. These expert mental coaches will give you a new look on approaching your golf game.

Nutrition (Schedule with Professional)

If you are a serious golfer, feel like you are running out of energy during a round or feel like you want to eat healthier then set up an appointment with one of our nutrition experts.

8 week Quarters (Year Round) 
 Pilates Pinot and Putting

Enjoy core exercise for golf then relax with a glass of wine and socialize on the green for a structured golf clinic. This clinic is for all ability levels for both pilates and golf. We will focus on all aspects of golf including but not limited to putting, chipping, pitching, bunker and full swing.


Putting School – Schedule with Professional (3 hrs)

The art of putting has many elements which can take a lifetime to master them all. Our expert coaches will use tour proven technology and their years of playing and coaching experience to fast track your ability to make more putts. Grab four of your friends and schedule a date.

Scoring School – Schedule with Professional (3 hrs)

Over 70% of golf shots are from 125 yards and in. During this clinic we will do a complete GAP Fit- ting analysis along with making sure the bounce and grind is correct on your wedges. Then we will create scenarios and learn practice methods and games to make these changes stick!


Senior Speed Training Class

Whether your tired of being the short knocker in your group or you just want to hit it further then speed training is right for you. You will learn a proven method that gained PGA Tour players and addi- tional 10 yards of driving distance in just three sessions. These classes are designed to help warm you up and teach you how to create speed in a safe pain free method before you play with your senior
Tuesday group.

Supervised Practice

Tired of taking a lesson and forgetting how to practice what you learned? Supervised practice gets you
in front of one of Golf Garage’s expert coaches to take the guess work out your practice time. 

Summer Saturdays With Golf Garage
Grab your group and pick your date. It’s really that easy and you will have a Golf Garage instructor coach your group for 3 hours before having lunch where you will recap what you learned. Then finish it up
with a 2 hour playing lesson.

JUNIOR GOLF- These classes are catered to the growth and development of our be- ginner, intermediate and competitive junior golfers. They will be held in a fun and safe learning environment.





Drive Chip and Putt Training

This clinic is catered for those juniors who have aspirations to qualify for the National Drive Chip and Putt Championships at Augusta. Juniors and their parents must interview for this training program.

Golf in the Schools 

Partnering up with local area schools to introduce the game through PE classes. Then we offer after school classes followed by invitations to the golf course.

CLUB FITTING CLASSES- Simply put if you have never been fit for clubs you have a high percentage of wasting shots or creating inefficiencies in your swing. Join one of our club fitting classes or take a game changer evaluation with one of our expert coach- es to have your clubs checked today.



Blast Motion/ Putter Fitting Class

This 2 hour class will teach you all about tempo in your putting stroke. Did you know that the best players in the world take .6 seconds to make a back stroke and .3 seconds to make a though stroke? Tour tempo influences a square club face at impact and allows you to make more putts. Each person
who signs up will receive a blast motion with their entry fee. 
 This is a class you will not want to miss!
Driver, Fairway, Hybrid, Iron and Wedge Fitting Classes

These classes offer a low student to coach ratio and will focus on a couple of items from the list above.

Speaking Engagements and Education:
-Toledo Chapter Education- I presented on Player Development programming to my fellow PGA members and associates.
-Created and Implemented a Teaching and Coaching Conference called “Building Your Player Devel- opment Program”, for NOPGA members and apprentices. Speakers included Neal Hausch, Jim Hack- enberg and myself. We had 47 professionals in attendance who earned required MSR’s.
-Created, Implemented and Hosted the 1st NOPGA Teaching and Coaching Conference, held at Beechmont Country Club bringing in Bridgestone Golf National representation, BGT Stability Shaft (putter fitting), three hall of famers to speak on life balance and a group to talk about retirement. We had 35 professionals in attendance who earned required MSR’s.
-Wisconsin Section PGA Teaching and Coaching Conference Speaker- Presented on Building Your Player Development Program to over 60 Wisconsin PGA Section members and associates.
-Created and Implemented a Teaching and Coaching Winter Series Round Table once a month from October-March for PGA professionals and apprentices in the NOPGA section to discuss all aspects of player development. We have never had this in our section and it is a way to create more camaraderie among instructors and “GROW THE GAME”!
Community Involvement/ Mentoring/ Shadowing
I have an open door policy when it comes to professionals watching me teach golf lessons. In 2019 I mentored over 40 PGA professionals and associates and I gave the opportunity for high school kids to earn service hours by helping with my junior programs. The juniors have logged over 120 service hours during the summer months.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
1) This year I am very happy to share that I have piloted a golf program with the Boys and Girls Club of the Rogue Valley to serve more than 5,000 local area kids. This program will give access, offer coaching and allow for equipment to be checked out through a library system. Please see the video below to learn more based on a grant submission I put in for the PGA of America.

2) Every junior golfer who is taking instruction through a program or ongoing private lessons automatically becomes a Youth Member and has access to Golf Garage at no additional fee.

3) West Coast Golf Association, (WCGA) received non-profit 501c3 status in 2025. The goal is to raise $2,000,000 for this charity over the next two years. WCGA will give scholarships and allow access to junior golfers in Southern Oregon.

4) Formation of the Under Armour Junior Golf Tour coming in 2026 to Southern Oregon and Northern California
