Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
I believe all of our Operation 36 programs are very effective in growing the game especially in our ladies classes. We have added 25 new ladies to the ladies league since the beginning of the year mostly due to the newcomers feeling welcome and gaining skills during classes. Thru both the men’s and ladies classes have helped make each of our 9 and dines require a waitlist. And finally our junior classes helped pave the way for our junior club championship reach 67 juniors who participated.

We have a very healthy Operation 36 program for men, women, and juniors. We have 4 semesters which cover 36 weeks of the year. Every other weekend we hold a 2 hour “bootcamp” on Saturday afternoons always covering a different topic (putting, chipping/pitching, hooks and slices, gaining distance). I also hold a Thursday morning ladies only drop in clinic where I change the topic every week to keep things fresh and the students always learning something different.
