Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
Our facility has launched a program called "How to Lower Your Score without Changing Your Swing" led by Jason Baile. This program focused on tactical intelligence, understanding the situations that lead to big numbers, best practices and creating realistic expectations. This program included 31 participants over two class sessions.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
3 programs that have launched to keep our customers and students engaged are our Men's, Ladies Clinic and Practice Club. We continuously try to refresh clinic topics by including more activities for the participants to physically participate as well as incorporate on course learning. For example, instead of putting on the practice greens for a putting topic, we go on the course and talk about real scenarios our membership experience all the time. Instead of every week focusing on a specific clinic topic, we also introduced different strategy sessions such as a "Par 3 strategy". During this class, we draw out all of the Par 3's we have at our facility and talk about them with attendees. Where to miss, what distance to play, how to recover, etc.

An "out of the box" program we have constructed is called Practice Club. Practice club is bi-weekly, held on Wednesdays from 3:30-4:45PM and is open to all members. We supply beverages and play fun music, encouraging a fun and relaxed environment. Those attending may stay the for the entirety of the class, or visit the stations they have questions for, then come and go at their leisure. This program is designed for participants to bring specific questions to address with the coaches and spark discussions about practice techniques. We have 3-4 coaches spread out between long game, short game and putting with training aids and drills ready for any question that may come their way. What may start out as an individual question from student to teacher, may turn into a question that pertains to multiple participants, encouraging extended learning to everyone at that station.

Other programming created includes special speaker and education sessions. A couple of examples include Mental Performance Coach Matt Cuccaro who is a consultant for Telos Sport Psychology Coaching, and a Short Game Presentation led by Jason Baile and Brad Faxon. Matt Cuccaro was here for 2-3 days working with students individually as well as conducting a clinic that hosted a total of 24 students over two sessions. The clinics he held included time for discussion as well as putting participation. He led a game where the attendees were split into two groups and played a putting match against each other. The first round he said nothing of the goal. The second round, he gave the participants an idea that made the game more achievable and the percentage of putts increased by both groups!

The Short Game Presentation we hosted was led by Brad Faxon as well as Jason Baile. This program included dialogue from the instructors as well as demonstrations for those attending to learn in many different ways. While this was open to all members, and while we did not have registration, this was a VERY well attended event and received great feedback. There are plans to continue incorporating these educational sessions moving forward.

Lastly, I would like to mention how we can continue to keep our staff engaged to therefore help the membership which include customers and students. Every year, our Instructional team leads a presentation for the entire Golf Staff called "Jupiter Hills University". This program goes through the foundations of the golf swing and that no one gets worse from a better set up. One of the key points is "Do the ordinary things extraordinarily well" and that is also what we strive for at Jupiter Hills. Once through this training, any member of the Golf Staff is able to assist with clinics. This provides opportunity not only for our staff to learn, though to get hands on experience teaching and can provide a better experience for our customers and students.
