I currently do PGA Junior League. I do this 10-12 months. I have 8-12 kids each month. I hold matches on Monday's and 2 practices throughout the week the is 1.5 hours each. After each month, I have a pizza party and pass out trophies to the winning team.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
I am a Junior Golf Consultant. I have 10 families I manage all year long. My first meeting with them is a 2 hour meeting. I discuss what tournaments and tours they should be playing, how many tournaments per month, how many lessons per month, practice time, nutrition and hydration, workout schedule, etc. I am trying to get these kids to be a better junior golfer and prepare them for a possible college career. Over the year, we meet several times to modify their schedule based on their needs.
