Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
I have 3 Get Golf Ready Clinics each week. This is a 5 week program, 1 hour per week, I cover all aspects of the game including on course play. Approx 6 students per week.
I also have 5 First Tee Programs each week, This is a 9 week program that covers the 9 core values of of the First Tee. Approx 7 kids per program.
I have summer camps every week during the summer as well as day camps when the kids are out of school. I have approximately 12 kids each week or day camp.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
I have put in place on Tuesday and Thursday a program that lets the membership go out on the course with a teaching professional from my academy and learn situational play. This is a 2 hour per day lesson on the course. It is free to the members and they love the format. I have seen many of the players come in for private lessons. The members also like the idea so they can work on the course the shots that hurt them the most.
