Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
In the effort to continue to grow the junior golf program at the facility I ran multiple coaching programs through out the season for boys and girls under the age of seventeen years old. These programs focus on age specific development following the LTAD program set by TPI Junior certification. The most successful classes were the girls classes with participation ending in October.

This summer I added an additional camp level for high school players looking for improvement prior to high school golf starting. I had a waitlist and ended up opening the camp from twelve to an extra four players in each session. This program was a level above our normal summer camps by including flight scope swing data, Bioswing Dynamics Screen, personal locker with before and after swing analysis in CoachNow, and personal drills to work on in that locker. The camp was an overwhelming success with adding $8800 to the camp revenue and I plan adding an additional week to next years schedule.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
I offer club fitting and repair for golfers at the facility which was not offered prior to my arrival. We run additional club fitting days with vendors as well.

I have been running junior programming that is age specific for juniors starting at ages of seven year old. These coaching programs are based on the LTAD programming suggested by TPI junior certification. I run age and gender specific programs throughout the entire season. These are weekly sessions that range from 60 -90 minute in length. We work on swing technique, skill development, on-course management, speed development and short game technique.

For adults, I offer individual clinic sessions that cover a variety of skills. Those run throughout the season. The facility offers classes for different levels of golfers looking for different ranges of skill improvement from beginner, intermediate, and improve scoring. I offer a coaching program that runs through the season that integrates range training sessions and on-course sessions for members of the program. This program is a guarantee program to lower your score through better practice methods, course strategy, mental game and swing technique. I had thirteen participants this season in the Coaching Program.

I offered Aimpoint Express classes this year. Many of the Express Certified instructors in the area are at private facilities. I had seven players participate in the Aimpoint Express session I offer this summer. I added a Putting Mastery session for individuals which includes a putter evaluation, stroke analysis, and Aimpoint Express. In my first year, I attempted to offer this session as an individual Aimpoint class and had three-four participants. With modifying it to encompassing all the skills you need for great putting, I had more than thirty participants this season.

This winter season I will be running a winter package similar to what I did last season. I setup a FlightScope simulator with a Swing Catalyst in the grill room of the club house. I had over fifty participants last season purchase the five pack lesson for the winter season. My goal is to have more than seventy-five participants for this winter.
