Best range promotion: The best golf range promotion we ran last year was the Player Development Program. This program was available for all members to participate but a requirement for all members that have not pass the PGA Playing Ability Test (PAT). These classes met once per week (50 mins) for 10 weeks. Classes included short game, putting, on course lessons, shot shaping, wedges, irons, driving, Trackman combines and SAM PuttLab analysis.
Special programs: We offer a number of special programs for our local community including: Board of Visitors Golf Tournament, Summer Junior Camps, First Tee, Local Drive, Chip and Putt Qualifier. The Board of Visitors Golf Tournament involves local business people to come play a tournament with a MU PGA Golf Management student player in each group and MU PGA Golf Management student caddies for each group. This helps the students connect with the local business people and vice versa. The summer camps include Junior Camp (21 participants), Advanced Camp (20 participants) and PGA Summer Experience Camp (15 participants). We had the First Tee to come play at our facility during the summer. Held an 86 participant Drive, Chip and Putt local qualifier at our facility.
