Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
Discvoer Junior Golf – In this program it is designed for juniors aged 5-12 that can be new to the game, or even have some experience. In the class we focus on a few fundamentals, but mostly on having fun! Each week is a bit different, we rotate through putting one week, chipping one week, and full swing. We end every class with a great game of knockout! It's a blast!

I have also began to give private corporate clinics, were a corporation is able to invite 7-8 clients, and myself and one other PGA Professional from the facility will give a 2 hour clinic and instruction to the class. They are invited to bring food and drinks, we do our best to keep it light, fun, and engaging for the clients. I have done 8 of these this year and hope to do more!

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
We do weekly contest where a winner receives a prize of some kind. The prize has varied from a dozen balls, hats, gloves, bay rental time, etc. The contests are usually par 3 closest to the pins, straightest drives over 200 yards, Trackman Combine scores from a certain yardage, and for our alpha males – a long drive contest. All of the contests focus on a part of the game we are always improving on which the members and guests love!
