Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
Junior Camps, we hosted 110 individual Campers. Each camp features multiple spots that we donate to junior golf association to give to a golfer they deem in need.
Player Development Programs, three stage programs designed to get golfers on the course. Bringing new golfers to the game and getting them comfortable with full scale play.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
I have moved into a results-oriented coaching on the private side of instruction. We initially establish and agreed upon list of goals and use instructional feedback as well a player input submitted through CoachNow to track their progress relative to said goals. Through the use of a CoachNow space students send me the results through the app and I follow up with discussion and plans for the next instruction session. I have really enjoyed being able to hold students accountable.

Last year I began adding the FlowCode portal to all improvement packages. FlowCode is a framework of
golf mental game strategies, principles and techniques that take us from fear to the state of flow, the state of optimal performance, the zone where we play our best golf. My portal is a 21-day journey through the emotional and psychological performance states of golf. This portal allows me to get great information into the minds of my students, making it easier to achieve their goals and stay in constant communication through their journey.

The combination of FlowCode portal and CoachNow have given me tremendous value add on the backend of improvement plans, while keeping students engaged.
