Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
Offered Drive, Chip, and Putt Clinics to prepare for the competition and drive more juniors to participate in it. It was a two hour clinic to cover the basics of how the competition works and improve their performance at it.

This past year a Ladies Only indoor simulator league was launched in which I stayed with the group of ladies to provide some instruction on both the simulator and their golf games. This proved so popular that we transitioned to a spring outdoor league on our executive course, before transitioning them into our Craft Beer League.

Our Women’s Golf Day programming was revamped this year to allow ladies to attend one of two sessions (morning or evening), and our number of participants jumped from 42 to 112.

In conjunction with the local LPGA Tour stop in Cincinnati we hosted a free player appearance with Emma Talley so that our ladies of all ages, we had from ages, 7 to 78 in attendance, could interact with someone of a professional level. We had our LPGA Girls Golfers, College Golfers, Prospective college golfers, and recreational golfers in attendance.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
Our most popular league this year was a Craft Beer League – a scramble non-competitive league, that is sponsored by a different local brewery each week and is themed. If the participants match their outfit to the theme they get a stroke of their score, and an extra stroke is deducted if the cart matches.

Simulator leagues are offered on our Golfzon simulators in both the fall and winter to keep our students and customers golfing even in the offseason. Leagues are offered for men, women, juniors, a co-ed beer league, and a co-ed “free for all” league in which they can play on their own time while playing in a league.

Off the course, we have added more social events including an Adults Only Easter Egg Hunt and live music on our patio to keep our guests at the facility for longer. Large bands were brought out for free concerts on Independence Day and Labor Day, allowing our guests to enjoy themselves and the facility.
