I started a buddy lesson for ladies looking to come into the game. They sign up in pairs and share the cost. I find that take a lesson with a buddy is less intimidating to new female golfers and also much more fun for them.

My most successful program is Ladies' Only Boot Camp. It meets for 10 weeks, on Tuesday afternoons from 3-4:30 pm. We start with putting and work through all skills and go out on the course. Last year was the 20th anniversary and I had to add another day as I limit it to 8 players.

I run a monthly play with the pros to get members out on the course with all the golf professionals. It is a 2 best balls of 4 and we pay a monthly winner as well as a season long winner. Players love this and it keeps them interested for the entire season to see who wins.

I offer a season long coaching program that includes lesson time and supervised practice. Supervised practice uses games and on course play which they really like. We set goals week one and reassess week 6. This program last about 12 weeks.
