Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
We started a full-time junior program about 6 years ago for our students aged between 12-18. This program became such a huge success that we were attracting kids of all ages. We had multiple high-level 7-12-year-olds who were interested in participating in the full-time training. At first, we allowed the elite 9-12-year-olds to join the training of the older students, but the older kids were starting to lose interest because of the age gap and maturity levels. This past year, we decided to develop a lower school full-time program that consisted of two days a week of training with a bonus third day of private instruction. We felt that this age needed a little more private attention to develop the technical aspects of golf. We use the classes for training, skill development, and competition. We feel that the installment of this program will be very important for the continued success of our 12-18-year-old full-time program because it will act as a feeder into the 5-day full-time training program. We always strive to offer our clients a one-stop-shop service and fulfill all their needs to help junior golfers fulfill their ultimate goals.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
I helped create the Full Time High-Performance training program. This expansive program targets the advanced golfer actively pursuing a college scholarship and competitive goals. These students are committed to training 3-5 days a week. We provide skill-based training, physical development, mental coaching, tournament scheduling, long-term and short-term housing, and transportation. This program has grown from 8 students in its first year to 45 golfers this past year. This is the most successful program at our facility. We have had 12 kids receive college scholarships to play golf over the past 5 years. This is a program that will continue to grow and improve in the years to come. My coaches all do a great job ensuring the best forms of training and passionate assistance in navigating the difficult journey of junior golf.
