Friday Happy Hour Clinics-(After daylight savings, we moved to Sunday afternoons)
2 clinics, 6-10 players who are involved in our academy either via classes, clinics or privates.
Allows for a fun way to work on skill development and get to know players better and allow for player networking.
Approximately 250 total times were booked at $30 per clinic. Included one beverage, 6 to 1 student to teacher ratio.
Corporate Clinics-(These were paused during Covid-19 due to corporate policies)
We conducted 15 corporate clinics for groups ranging from 8-30 players.
Some groups came out multiple times and are booking for 2023.
Many participants returned for follow up clinics, classes and private lessons.
Times varied but generally 90 minute clinics with time split between range and putting green.
We provided equipment when necessary.
Food and beverage was provided 75% of the time which increased facility profits.
Junior Golf
Junior Coach Leadership Seminar
We had 3 motivational speakers, clinics and on course play. We received outside sponsorship from Chick-Fil-A and Stiffel Financial Group.
We will hold this annually. Designed to help explore the challenges our future leaders will be facing as they navigate high school and help them develop valuable skills they can use to deal with these challenges throughout the rest of their lives. Geared towards Junior Golfers who are currently or are interested in becoming junior coaches, team captains and leaders in their various endeavors. 12 participants in our first year.
Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
Adults
*Easy to follow group classes which include plenty of range time, skill building and on course time guided by a coach or professional.
We provide a road map for new golfers starting at Level 1 and going all the way through Level 3.5 for more serious players. (The Level 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 are on the range or putting green, Level 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5 are on course).
Junior Golf
*Drive, Chip and Putt
We added a segment to our weekly clinics to encourage participation and prepare participants for the D,C&P local qualifiers.
*LPGA Junior Girls
We did high school specific clinics and the older players responded well to being in a group with their peers.
*Summer Camps
6 Camps, 5 days per week. 40+ average participants per week. Camps sell out months in advance.
*Age Group Clinics Year Round
Allows affordable group instruction on a weekly basis. Year round weather permitting.
*Leagues
The demand for on course play is increasing so the only way we can fit the juniors in is to get creative in the evenings or after course outings and league play where the back 9 opens up for a few hours. We ran spring, summer and a fall league for various age groups.
