Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
For the past two years at Forest Hill Field Club I have been the Creator and Lead Instructor for a very successful ‘No-Holer’ Women’s Golf Program that I started at Echo Lake CC in 2016. This program has been featured in PGA’s Best Practices, New Jersey Golf Magazine, and GRAA Magazine. This season-long weekly clinic is designed for female members who have little to no golfing experience. It helps introduce the basic fundamentals in an stress-free environment to learn the game and all that encompasses their club experience from when they first arrive on property. This has led to a rise in golf shop sales, F&B, and tournament/league participation.

I became certified in the PGA HOPE Program in 2023, with the goal of hosting All-Female Veteran clinics to grow the game of golf within the female-veteran community. Past sessions include:
Forest Hill Field Club – Co-Ed; Spring 2025 & Fall 2025
Golf Paradise Club – Co-Ed; Winter 2025
All Season Golf & Social Club – Women Only; Winter 2025
Rutgers Golf Course – Co-Ed; Fall 2024
Forest Hill Field Club – Co-Ed; Fall 2024
Rutgers Golf Course – Women Only; Spring 2024
Forest Hill Field Club – Co-Ed; Spring 2024
North Jersey CC – Co-Ed; Spring 2024
Fiddlers Elbow CC/NJPGA HQ – Women Only; Winter 2024
Rutgers GC – Women Only; Fall 2023

The recent program that I created which has been a huge success is “Jersey Girls’ Golf Squad: Women’s Golf Day” where I bring together local female PGA and LPGA Professionals to host a golf day at Rutgers Golf Course for women of all abilities. The 6-Hour program centers around the core aspects of the game: golf fitness, mindfulness/goal-setting, and course management/playing strategies. This program is for women amateurs, taught by women professionals, and has brought in participants from NJ, NY and PA. It has been hosted in May 2024, September 2024, and May 2025 with 30-36 maximum participants.

Another program that I host is at Parkersburg Country Club in Vienna, West Virginia. I am invited out to conduct a 2-Day Golf School from a friend who is the Head Professional at PCC. There are no female Golf Professionals within 100 mile radius and wanting to do something nice for his female members, I go there for the weekend and bring along two PGA/LPGA Female Professionals to assist. Clinic Days included breakfast/goal discussion, stations, lunch/goal discussion, and course management with rules & etiquette (7hr days, sold out 24 participants; April 2024 & May 2025)

I also offer my support as an Instructor to Corporate events that wish to grow the game of golf within their companies, which include:
-Deutsche Bank Women’s Golf Day at GlenArbor Golf Club (June 2022, June 2024)
-FTI Women’s Golf Day at Manhattan Woods Golf Club (May 2023, May 2024)
-CME Women’s Day @ GlenArbor Golf Club (June 2025)
-Inca Cola Corporation Event @ Rockspring Club (September 2024)
-The Bridge Group: “Golf Fore Women” @ Upper Montclair Country Club (October 2024)
-‘Stronger Tomorrow’ Women’s networking Membership monthly clinics for new members (Winter 2025)

For the past four years I have been a chosen Instructor (via application) for the LPGA Leadership Academy. This LPGA Foundation program was created to use golf as a platform to provide a framework for young women to develop their confidence, communication, and leadership skills. Forty participants are chosen by application and receive a scholarship to participate. Being a female junior golfer myself, this program would have been beneficial for me back then, but I get more out of it as an instructor and mentor now as an adult. We teach the girls how to become better decision makers, overcome and let go of set backs, develop skills to accomplish specific goals, play their own game and find their own voice. Past events dates as an instructor include:
-LPGA Leadership Academy at USGA Site – Far Hills, NJ (August 2022, August 2023)
-LPGA Leadership Academy at The Biltmore – Miami, FL (July 2024)
-LPGA Leadership Academy at Westchester Country Club – Rye, NY (June 2025)

I create programs as the Lead Instructor for the LPGA Amateurs Network. This national network has local chapters, specifically 3 in NJ (Coastal, Central, Northern). In 2024 I hosted a Women’s Winter Clinic Series for the Coastal Chapter at Tee2Green Indoor Facility in Long Branch, NJ. Intermediate Level focusing on specific parts of the game, with an emphasis on analyzing data from Trackman to better train indoors Advanced Level focusing on course situations, predicaments such as up-hill and down-hill lies, etc., and practice routines. For the Central Chapter I hosted a Women’s Beginner Clinic 4-Series @ Rutgers Golf Course (May 2024) 7 participants in the series covering full swing, pitch shots, chipping, bunkers, putting, and a tour of the golf course with an emphasis on grip, aim, stance/posture during each clinic. For the Northern Chapter I have hosted a pre-season 2-hour clinic @ Essex range in Roseland (April 2024 & April 2025) 12 ladies grouped by handicap rotating through stations of full swing, pitching, chipping, and putting using Sam PuttLab to evaluate each student.

Created a women’s 2025 Fall Clinic Series at Essex Golf Range in Roseland, NJ for all abilities of women wanted to ‘swing in’ and get tips from myself and LPGA retired-Tour Pro Carole Charbonnier. This weekly 1.5 hour clinic covered topics of fitness, mindfulness, ball flight, and equipment, among other things.

All Seasons Golf & Social Club – Created Women’s Golf Day; free day of indoor golf which included free 10-minute lessons; golf fitness screening and guided stretches by a female fitness instructor certified in golf; female-owned business for a trunk show, and putter company to do free fittings. For this event the building was open to only women – to grow the game, invite future participation, and enjoy a fully immersive day of golf indoors.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
In addition to the above programs, many of my students use the 18Birdies App to track their playing statistics, with the option of videoing their practice sessions which are then sent to me for evaluation and feedback. This gives them accountability and a course to maintain their growth throughout the year.

Aside from creating and teaching programs to grow the game each season, I also enjoy contributing through other avenues to keep my students engaged both on and off the grass. Below is a few ‘Best Practices’ through different publications, and examples of how I promote players and the game through videos, publishing articles and podcasts, etc.
