In 2022 I was name FlowCode Golf Academy Junior Director. Over the past year I have helped Rick Sessinghaus (Director of FlowCode and Collin Morikawa’s Coach) develop a curriculum for a mental training platform to lead all players toward a better mental game. Our Academy will lead online group mental training masterclasses, 1 day live events and multi-day (golf school events) in 2023. In person events have already been conducted.

In addition to this new and exciting role to support player/person development, I also still lead year round programming through Good Swings Happen Golf Academy. Good Swings Happen Jr. Golf Academy Year Round Programming for Junior Golf 2022 Calendar Year : 5,000 individual junior golf lessons are given annually, 1,200 kids take small group lessons (4 kids per lesson), 1,000 kids in group class lessons (8-12 kids per class) 1,800 player days participated in Summer and Seasonal Camps, 2,000 individual days participated by high school team players in practice. **Totals above indicate an individual junior golfer in a program on a day.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
1. “Mental Mantra” classroom mental training program (this is now being merged into FlowCode).
2. “Stadium Concept” this is a system of running kids through programs aimed at developing a players mind, body and golf swing.

The video below is an older video but I really think it summarizes who I am and my vision for leading youth to participate in our great game…

There is no space in this application to share but I would like to include that I am on the SCPGA Teaching Committee, I am the SCPGA Player Development Chair and also co/chair the SCPGA Player Development and Youth Summit.
