Women’s Short Game Workshop
Wednesdays, 10 AM – 12 PM (June, July & August)
Limited to 6 participants
At Ingoglia Golf, we offer an exclusive short game workshop designed specifically for women golfers. Held Wednesday mornings throughout the summer, this small-group session (limited to six players) focuses entirely on developing essential short game skills — putting, chipping, pitching, greenside sand traps, and 20-yard wedge shots.
Our philosophy is rooted in the proven Operation36 approach — learning the game from the green back to the tee. By mastering the short game first, players gain confidence, consistency, and a deeper understanding of shot-making that naturally enhances their full swing performance.
With access to The Yard, our 1.5-acre dedicated short game facility, participants benefit from an immersive, hands-on learning environment that accelerates progress and builds lasting skills. This workshop is ideal for women looking to sharpen their scoring game, gain confidence around the greens, and take their overall performance to the next level.
Junior Tournament Golf Workshop
Sundays, 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Limited to 12 participants
Designed for junior golfers with tournament experience, this workshop provides a structured, high-performance training environment for players competing at the local, regional, or national level.
Our mission is to help juniors train with the same purpose and discipline as the most elite collegiate programs. Each session combines both block and random practice formats to develop consistency and adaptability under pressure. Training takes place across all key scoring areas — the putting green, wedge green, greenside sand traps, and wedge range.
By practicing alongside other dedicated junior golfers who share the same competitive drive, participants gain motivation, accountability, and valuable peer support. This program offers guaranteed improvement through focused, intentional, and data-driven practice.

At Ingoglia Golf, our priority is to attract and develop students who are committed to the process of continuous improvement — golfers who understand that lasting progress comes from incremental changes made consistently, not from quick fixes.
Because of this, our coaching approach is intentionally different. We’ve built a fun, competitive, and motivating environment that challenges players to grow every week while enjoying the process. This mindset applies to all ages and skill levels — from beginners to elite tournament players.
A key part of our training culture is measurable progress. We maintain a large, dynamic scoreboard that tracks performance across multiple skill areas and competitions, helping students stay accountable and motivated:
TrackMan Combine Scores – for all skill levels (boys, girls, men, and women)
Wedge Combine & Driver Combine results
9-Hole Putting Course Scores
6-Hole Wedge Range Scores
Most Improved Golfer (based on GHIN data)
Tournament Highlights – including high school events, AJGA, local junior tours, state and amateur championships, and US Am Tour results
Driver Distance & Speed Leaderboard – tracking gains in both speed and carry distance
This structured, competitive atmosphere keeps our students engaged, inspired, and progressing year-round — one small step at a time.
